Following a highly successful introduction to the UK market, we are ready to accelerate our growth.
To support these ambitions, we are looking for an entrepreneurial business development manager UK & Ireland to become the driving force behind our expansion.
Your challenge
This is not a traditional sales role.
You will play a key role in building the future of RIKA across the UK and Ireland, developing long-term partnerships and expanding our network of premium dealers.
As the face of the brand in the region, you will help position RIKA as the preferred choice for customers who value design, innovation and sustainability.
Your responsibilities include:
- Expanding and strengthening the dealer network throughout the UK and Ireland.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities with high-quality retail partners.
- Supporting dealers in creating attractive RIKA showroom concepts and shop-in-shop experiences.
- Acting as the primary commercial contact for your customers.
- Representing RIKA at trade fairs, industry events and networking opportunities.
- Monitoring market developments and contributing to the long-term growth strategy.
- Working closely with the team at our Belgian headquarters.
Who are you?
- You have extensive experience within the UK market and understand the local business culture.
- You are a natural relationship builder who enjoys opening doors and developing long-term partnerships.
- You thrive in a premium environment where quality, design and customer experience matter.
- You have a proven track record in a B2B commercial role.
- Experience within interiors, home improvement, construction, retail or premium consumer products would be advantageous.
- You are highly self-motivated and enjoy building a market from the ground up.
- You combine commercial drive with a long-term strategic mindset.
- You are ideally based in Southern England, with easy access to London and the South-East region.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
