You will join a Belgian organisation active in workplace wellbeing, where data plays an important role in supporting healthier, safer and more sustainable work environments. The Data & Analytics team is further developing its data platform and preparing a migration towards Microsoft Fabric, while continuing to support reporting, analytics and AI initiatives. You will work with business stakeholders, IT colleagues and external technology partners in a structured, collaborative environment across Antwerp, Hasselt and Brussels.
Your Tasks
Design, develop and maintain scalable data solutions and data platforms.
Build and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines that integrate data from different sources.
Translate business needs into reliable data architectures and data models.
Support the migration towards Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform practices.
Monitor data quality, governance, security and GDPR compliance.
Improve the stability, performance and scalability of the data platform.
Collaborate with business, IT and external partners to strengthen data-driven working.
Your skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Good experience in complex data environments with multiple data sources.
Strong knowledge of data modelling, data architecture and modern data platforms.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, SQL and Python.
Familiarity with the Microsoft data stack; experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
Understanding of data warehouses, databases, data governance, security and GDPR.
Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Structured, collaborative and confident in challenging stakeholders in a constructive way.
