As a Senior Advisor, you will participate in high-impact transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services sector. You will both advise clients on improving their delivery environments
- Help our clients to model and to streamline their End-to-End processes and build a more customer-centric organization enabled by emerging technologies
- Help our clients to reach Operational Excellence through techniques including Lean, automation & robotics and digital technologies, including AI
- Advise and support senior management of banks on their Target Operating Models and Digital transformations
- Implement core banking systems and transform bank businesses through new sourcing strategies.
- Deliver and manage large & complex multidisciplinary programs in cross functional teams in the banking sector.
- Participate the development of the Banking Transformation offering and contribute to its expansion into the market.
