As a Senior Consultant in our Brussels Transformation practice, you will lead complex change initiatives for major European organizations, managing project teams and driving strategic outcomes.
- Lead large-scale transformation programs and workstreams
- Manage project teams and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Design and implement digital transformation strategies
- Drive process optimization and operational excellence initiatives
- Build and maintain C-level client relationships
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience in transformation consulting
- Proven experience leading complex change programs
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience with digital transformation and agile methodologies
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English
