Position Description: Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Position Responsibilities

Process orders, forms, applications and requests.

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, or electronically.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Manage customers' accounts.

Record details of actions taken.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Follow up on customer interactions.
Position Requirements

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Communication skills in English and in either Dutch, German, French, or Spanish - verbal and written.
