- Achieving and exceeding regional sales targets while driving sustainable growth and profitability

Managing and expanding relationships with clients, focusing on long-term partnerships

Selling the company’s product portfolio on an exclusive basis, in line with divisional strategy

Building strong professional relationships with orthopedic surgeons and key hospital stakeholders

Providing and/or coordinating comprehensive product training and clinical support for customers

Effectively following up on leads and visits as directed by the Sales Manager

Delivering accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive analysis to management

Ensuring Salesforce.com is consistently updated with account, hospital, and activity information

Acting as a professional brand ambassador at conferences, exhibitions, and internal meetings
- Proven sales and negotiation skills within a MedTech environment

Strong ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships with clinical stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience in medical sales, preferably within orthopedics

Solid knowledge of the orthopedic market, including competitor products and strategies

A significant level of clinical expertise and confidence working in hospital environments

Understanding of health economics and healthcare policy interrelationships
-
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Ability to manage frequent travel within the territory

Occasional international travel as required

Valid and clean driving license
