We are seeking a Secondary Packaging Industrialization Expert to join a dynamic pharmaceutical environment and contribute to packaging industrialization projects across the product lifecycle.
This position combines technical expertise, project coordination, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support packaging implementation, optimization, and change management activities.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead and support secondary and tertiary packaging industrialization initiatives
Coordinate packaging-related activities with cross-functional teams and external partners
Drive packaging launches, product transfers, and lifecycle modifications
Review, assess, and monitor change control activities
Evaluate the impact of changes on packaging materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes
Draft, review, and maintain technical documentation, protocols, and reports
Liaise with production sites, suppliers, CMOs, engineering, and quality teams
Support production trials and industrialization activities when required on-site
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP standards and company procedures
✅ Required Profile (Must-Have Skills):
4 to 8 years of experience in packaging industrialization, packaging technology, or a related field
Solid knowledge of GMP-regulated environments
Experience with secondary and/or tertiary packaging operations
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with qualification and validation activities
Technical or scientific background (Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent)
Knowledge of French
Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector
