Job Description
As an HR intern, you will assist the HR Specialist with a variety of tasks:

Supporting the handling and response to employees' and lawyers' inquiries on operational HR topics

Onboarding: preparation of the induction programme for new joiners, affiliation to the respective insurances, etc.

Off-boarding process: ensure all off-boarding processes are complete including equipment returned and exit interview completed

Day-to-day administrative tasks: requesting HR documents, recording of absences, study leaves

Ensuring our management system (Workday) is up to date
This internship is an excellent opportunity to experience how HR operates within the legal sector.
Qualifications

Student in master or bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or similar

Excellent organization and communication skills

Helpful and positive attitude

Fluency in English, French and proficiency in Dutch

Strong computer skills, including web-based research, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well the ability to learn new systems quickly

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure

Flexible and ability to work as part of a team

Reliable and consistent
The internship must last at least 6 months, is unpaid, and is part of your academic curriculum.
