Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Good knowledge and experience (at least 3 years) in Security Accreditation of major CIS acquisition and/or development projects for a large organization;
- Good knowledge and experience (at least 3 years) in Security risk assessment methodologies and tools;
- Good knowledge and experience (at least 3 years) in Planning, design and implementation of security components of major CIS .
Desirable:
- Master's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline;
- Knowledge of NATO Security Policy and supporting directives;
- Knowledge of PILAR risk assessment tool.
Duties/role:
- Providing security accreditation advice and guidance to NCI Agency Project and System Managers as well as NCI Agency contractors throughout the entire life cycle of NATO CIS;
- Conducting Security Risk Assessments (SRA) in support of NATO CIS accreditation, including identifying threats and vulnerabilities for all assets, deriving residual risks, and providing risk‑management recommendations;
- Identifying, planning, developing, requesting, and managing the creation of required accreditation documents (CIS Description, Security Accreditation Plan, Security Risk Assessment Report, Security Requirement Statements, Security Operating Procedures, Security Test and Verification Plan, Security Test and Verification Report).
