Responsibilities

Inventory all documents stored in the legacy HR system.

Assess the available documentation and define the most effective approach for analyzing, organizing, and preparing it for migration.

Extract all relevant documents from the legacy system, identifying the document type, owner, and associated employee.

Classify extracted documents by topic, employee, and year using modern document classification technologies.

Prepare all documentation for import into the new HR system in accordance with the new naming conventions and filing structure.

Support the Payroll Specialist throughout the document migration and import process.

Upload and organize HR policies and related documentation to ensure they are accessible from day one of the new system's deployment.

Create standardized document templates to streamline document preparation and signature workflows.

Support the Payroll Specialist with administrative tasks for onboarding.
Your profile

You have recently completed your studies and are looking for an HR internship lasting a couple of months.

You speak and read English fluently. Knowledge of French is a plus.

You are autonomous, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

You are comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information and can be trusted to handle it appropriately.

You are comfortable working with digital tools and are able to learn new systems quickly.

You are proactive and able to manage repetitive tasks with care and accuracy.

Previous experience in HR administration, document management, or working with HR information systems is a plus, but not required.
