In close collaboration with the Head of Group Communication and Engagement, you will play a senior role in bringing to life the group’s internal corporate communication strategy.
Operating within a complex, matrixed organization and a context of transformation, your mission is to translate the corporate and leadership strategy, transformation initiatives, and communication priorities into clear, consistent, and impactful multi channel internal communication campaigns that resonate across the business and engage leaders, managers and employees.
You will help ensure the end-to-end design and execution of cross-functional communication initiatives that support the group’s reputation, strategy, culture, and employee engagement. These initiatives span three key pillars: media relations, social media & web, and group communication. Through this, you will contribute to aligning corporate communication with business realities, ensuring a coherent and high-impact communication strategy across the organization.
Key responsibilities :
- Translate strategy and transformation topics into compelling, accessible narratives and campaign storylines
- Deploy communication across all channels (digital, social, web, leadership and cascade events)
- Lead corporate and transformation communication campaigns from concept to roll out
- Strengthen the group’s reputation, culture, and employee engagement through visible engaging communication moments
- Coordinate senior-level, high-impact, cross-functional communication projects with strong visibility
- Design and execute corporate communication plans with clear cascade logic
- Develop robust cascading communication frameworks and engaging, dialogue-driven communication experiences
- Manage communication on strategic topics
- Advise and support senior leaders and business teams in their communication needs
- Measure communication impact and continuously optimize activities based on engagement and feedback
- Provide insightful, structured reporting to key stakeholders and senior management
