Base: €6,000 – €7,500 gross/month
Commission: 80/20 fix variable

Our client is a B2B SaaS company specialized in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Audit Management software. The company develops a modular cloud platform that enables organizations in highly regulated environments to manage risk, compliance, audits and controls within one integrated system.
Founded in 2014 our client currently serves 100+ customers across 20+ countries, primarily within financial services and other regulated industries.
After years of strong product development and customer validation, the company entered a new growth phase trough private equity.
Our client is looking for their FIRST Partner Sales Manager, to both manage and expand partnerships while setting up a structure and scalable process for the indirect partner channels.

WHO
- Proven experience managing partner sales in B2B Saas
- Network or background in management consulting is a big plus
- Proven success in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Natural relationship builder
- Strong commercial mindset
- Fluent in English; Dutch strongly preferred
