The Performance Management team plays a strategic role in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performing performance analysis to support a company's strategic decision-making and overall financial health.
The team has to deal with a lot of challenges (making sure things are more predictable, be part of a major group projects such One Management Reporting), while still keeping the BAU closing & forecasting processes safe.
