Responsabilities

As a Payroll Officer, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees—primarily drivers covered under PC 140.03—and serve as their point of contact for all payroll-related questions. Specifically:

You will handle the monthly payroll processing for the employees of our Belgian subsidiaries.
You calculate and process work hours, driving and rest times, bonuses, expense and lodging allowances, and sector-specific supplements.
You manage time tracking and the integration with the payroll service provider.
You handle Dimona reporting in collaboration with our payroll service provider.
You track hires, terminations, absences, sick leave, and workplace accidents, and communicate this information to our scheduling department in a timely manner.
You serve as the primary point of contact for our drivers regarding payroll questions.
You keep the HRIS and payroll data up to date and contribute ideas on the further digitization of our payroll processes.

Profile

You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in transportation/logistics or at a social secretariat.
Knowledge of PC 140.03 and driving and rest times is a strong asset.
You work accurately, independently, and discreetly, and feel at home with numbers.
You are a good communicator and customer-focused.
You are fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French and/or English is a plus.
You are familiar with payroll software and are proficient in Excel.
