As HR Business Partner – Europe & CIS, you will act as a strategic partner to the Regional Director and leadership teams, driving people strategy to support business growth and transformation across the region. You will operate in a complex international matrix organization, balancing strategic influence with operational excellence, and leading a team of HR professionals to deliver high-impact HR solutions across multiple countries.
This role requires regular travel across the European region (approximately 20%) to effectively partner with stakeholders, support local teams, and ensure alignment with regional business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Partnering

Partner with the Regional Director and leadership teams to define and execute the people strategy and contribute as a member of the EU Leadership Team to the region’s vision and business strategy.

Drive organizational design and transformation initiatives (including M&A and restructuring) and act as a trusted advisor, influencing leadership, culture, and performance decisions.

Enhance organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights and HR KPIs.
2. Talent & Organizational Development

Lead the regional talent strategy (workforce planning, succession, leadership development), build and sustain a strong talent pipeline to support growth.

Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness and drive employee engagement and culture aligned with company values.
3. HR Operations & Processes

Oversee core HR processes (performance, compensation & benefits, talent reviews, succession planning) and ensure consistency with global HR frameworks and standards.

Represent the region in global HR governance and initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance

Manage complex employee relations matters with fairness and consistency and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across European countries.
5. Regional HR Leadership

Lead and develop the regional HR team, fostering high performance, oversee HR administration and payroll through local providers and ensure efficient, compliant HR operations across all entities.
Profile required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field with a proven experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment.

Strong knowledge of at least one European labor law and HR practices across multiple countries.

Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to support business transformation and organizational change

Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong coaching and leadership capabilities

Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory ; additional European languages are an advantage
