Description
As a Junior Tender & Sales Assistant your responsibilities are:
- Support the Sales & Tendering team in preparing proposals, prequalification files, and Expressions of Interest.

Coordinate document exchanges and collaboration with partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and track project data through dashboards.

Organise key meetings and ensure smooth administrative follow-up throughout the tendering process.

Manage documentation (creation, standardisation, compliance, archiving) while ensuring adherence to internal and client requirements.
Profile
A successful Junior Tender & Sales Assistant should have:
