Training & Enablement: Facilitate data literacy training and workshops to raise awareness and competence across departments.
Experience: Opportunities are open for Junior (1+ year), Medior (3+ years), and Senior (10+ years) profiles. The scope of leadership and team direction will be aligned with your level of seniority.
Key Technical Competencies:
Proven understanding of Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) and structured Data Governance processes.
Hands-on knowledge of GDPR compliance and information security standards.
Strong ability to gather, translate, and document complex business needs.
Experience in facilitating training sessions or workshops.
For Senior profiles: Proven experience leading external stakeholder teams and driving complex data initiatives.
Communication & Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent active listening skills, and the ability to interact with both business users and technical teams.
Languages: Dual proficiency is required: fluent in English (3/4) paired with professional proficiency in either French or Dutch (3/4).

Vibrant Community: Your year will be animated by group and agency events: annual convention, participation in trade fairs, summer party, and both formal & informal afterworks.
First Contact: A quick phone call to discuss your aspirations, the project scope, and how we can collaborate.
Meeting: An opportunity to get to know each other and explore your professional background.
