A DAY IN THE LIFE:
We zijn op zoek naar een proactieve Sales- en Marketingadministrator, gevestigd in Gent, ter ondersteuning van onze dynamische sales- en marketingteams. In deze veelzijdige rol houd je je bezig met alles, van het onboarden van nieuwe salesmedewerkers en het coördineren van evenementen tot het beheren van leveranciersrelaties en het zorgen voor een soepele samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen.
Je moet in staat zijn om 3-4 dagen per week op kantoor in Gent te werken.
Als je floreert in een snel veranderende, detailgerichte omgeving en graag de spil bent die ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt, maken we graag kennis met je.

Je volgt contracten en aanvragen van externe partijen voor evenementen nauwkeurig op.

Je coördineert de logistieke organisatie van sales- en clinical trainingen, teammeetings en marketingevents.

Je biedt administratieve en operationele ondersteuning aan de lokale marketing- en salesorganisatie.

Je werkt vlot samen met interne stakeholders en externe partners en leveranciers.

Je ondersteunt budgetopvolging, controle en rapportage in samenwerking met het lokale managementteam en Finance.

Je beheert de demo-inventaris, volgt zendingen op en houdt CRM-systemen actueel.

Je documenteert belangrijke activiteiten in het CRM volgens de geldende QA/RA-richtlijnen.

Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen.

Je beheert de administratie en bewaakt de timing van overheidsopdrachten.

Je zorgt voor een correcte rapportering en opvolging van healthcare compliance-administratie.
Waar jij goed in bent:

Je hebt ervaring in een sales-, marketing- of administratieve ondersteuningsfunctie.

Je bent sterk georganiseerd, werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor detail.

Je functioneert zowel autonoom als in multidisciplinaire teams.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Office, waaronder Word, Excel, Outlook en PowerPoint.

Je gaat discreet en professioneel om met vertrouwelijke informatie.

Je hebt een positieve, oplossingsgerichte mindset en werkt graag samen met anderen.

Ervaring met het ondersteunen van senior leadership of meerdere teams is een troef.

Je hebt affiniteit met het plannen en faciliteren van workshops, kick-offs of interne events.

Kennis van CRM-systemen en tools voor budgetbeheer is een meerwaarde.

Salary Mid Range 50,000 Euros + 10% Bonus
