We are looking for a Android Specialist to join our team and collaborate with a prestigious European institution based in Belgium.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting for Android applications and devices.
- Identify and resolve issues related to various Android UIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of mobile applications.
- Debugging Android phones
- Deliver advanced Android support.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of Android apps.
- Manage and support privately-owned Android devices used within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both French and English for effective communication.
- An ITILV4 certification is required (we offer the opportunity to obtain the certification before your start date).
- A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Office Automation, digital workplace, and mobile computing.
- Knowledge of Android UI and MS Windows configuration tools, including Active Directory.
- A strong understanding of Android devices and software.
- Experience with Android app development or support.
- Familiarity with Android SDK and related tools.
- Knowledge of the mobile development life cycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot Android issues effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
