We're seeking a meticulous, hands-on Electronics Assembly & Test Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing things right, catches what others miss, and finds satisfaction in precise, careful work.
Your Responsibilities
- Assembling electronic products according to technical specifications and procedures
- Testing finished assemblies and verifying they meet quality standards before shipment
- Identifying and flagging defects or anomalies with precision and care
- Assisting with programming and final configuration of devices
- Supporting warranty repairs and product returns
- Collaborating with our R&D team to flag recurring issues or suggest improvements
- Keeping the workspace and inventory organized and well-documented
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with electronics (professional or personal — no degree required)
- Exceptional attention to detail; you notice things others overlook
- A meticulous, methodical approach to every task
- Comfortable following technical procedures and documenting results accurately
- Proactive mindset — you flag issues rather than let them slide
- Professional proficiency in English
