Headit is looking for a driven, positive and hands-on Sales Support Administrator for an international logistics company.
Where will you work?
You will join an international logistics company with Belgian roots, headquartered in the Aartselaar (Antwerp) region. Together with your team, you will be responsible for the Middle East & Africa region.
Your responsibilities as Sales Support Administrator:
- Coordinating the entire order-to-cash process;
- Acting as the first point of contact for international customers and distributors;
- Managing and coordinating export shipments within the region: booking and following up on transport, managing customs and export documentation, invoicing and delivery follow-up;
- Working closely with Supply Chain, Production and Quality to ensure that customized orders are delivered correctly and on time;
- Monitoring customer-specific parameters (forecasts, MOQs, lead times) and aligning these with inventory planning;
- Optimizing shipments and contributing to efficient logistics solutions (e.g. load planning, transport modes);
- Advising customers on international trade requirements (import regulations, certificates, Incoterms, payment terms, customs documentation, etc.);
- Supporting Sales with forecasting, pricing requests and tenders for private label projects;
What does your profile look like?
- A higher education degree in a relevant field or initial experience in a customer service, sales support or supply chain role;
- Very fluent communication skills in English and French;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with international customers and internal stakeholders;
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with good knowledge of MS Office applications;
- An interest in international trade and supply chain processes;
- Accurate, proactive and with a strong sense of ownership over your responsibilities;
- Flexible and solution-oriented within a dynamic, international environment;
