Your role
As Meeting & Events Sales Manager, you are the key point of contact for clients organizing meetings, conferences, incentives, and corporate events at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels.
From the first enquiry to the post-event follow-up, you ensure a seamless client experience while maximizing business opportunities and revenue. You work closely with clients and teams to deliver exceptional events.
Your key responsibilities

You inspire the clients conducting a professional, thorough site inspection of the hotel, exhibiting key features and benefits of the property.

You are responsible for creation of required/inspirational offers, agreements, banquet event orders & invoices in a timely manner.

You maintain an excellent contact with clients, third parties and external partners.

You use our sales management system to manage the hotel’s business, including (but not limited to) generating reports, entering business, blocking space and building accounts.

You are motivated and excited to meet and exceed global sales goals as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.

You support operations departments and accounting.

You meet the client after the event for a complete debriefing and learn more about future business opportunities.

What You Bring

Previous experience in hotel sales, event sales, conference services, hospitality, or a similar client-facing commercial role.

Experience with meetings, conferences, incentives, residential seminars, or group business is a strong advantage.

Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Experience preparing commercial proposals, contracts, and event documentation.

Strong command of Microsoft Office and hotel sales or property management systems.

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. French is a strong asset.
