KEY responsibility

Research and Identify Suitable Technologies

Conduct thorough research to discover and evaluate technologies and solutions that best align with the company’s business needs. Stay updated with the latest technological trends to recommend innovative and effective solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Translate Business Requirements into Technical Specifications

Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications, such as user stories, wireframes, and app prototypes. Ensure that all technical documents are clear and comprehensive to facilitate seamless communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

Develop Comprehensive Documentation

Create extensive documentation, including detailed technical requirements, system architecture diagrams, and API specifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support the development process and ensure that all aspects of the system are well-documented and easily understood.

Ensure Accurate Implementation and Quality Standards

Oversee the development process to ensure that all implementations are in line with the documented technical requirements. Conduct regular reviews and testing to verify that the solutions meet the specified quality standards and perform as expected in real-world scenarios.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Organize and conduct user acceptance testing to confirm that the developed solutions fulfill business requirements and meet user needs. Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to validate the functionality, usability, and reliability of the implemented solutions, ensuring they deliver the desired outcomes.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
