Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT talent that will support the worldwide implementation of CRM at our company. Together with our international team you will be responsible for keeping the existing CRM configuration live, work on further rollouts in new organizations, work with the business on improvements and train our users. Implementation of new features, cope with change requests and incidents from the business.
Key areas of Responsibilities
- Implement CRM in new organizations:
- Determine gaps to the central setup
- Implement changes accordingly
- Train the users
- Delivery of business process improvements
- Improve in the existing setup with new features and technologies
- Support business questions and incidents
Profile
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and are experienced in CRM implementation/support in a multinational environment
- You are an expert in Dynamics 365, have in depth knowledge of the application, it’s future releases and overall setup
- You are a driven problem solver who continuously wants to challenge status quo
- You are a team player who wants to celebrate successes together
- You have strong analytical skills, are customer oriented and business focussed
- You are fluent in English and Dutch
- You are willing to travel (max 15 %)
