- Support end-to-end transformation programs across multiple industries
- Conduct organizational assessments and change readiness evaluations
- Design operating models and organizational structures
- Develop change management strategies and communication plans
- Facilitate transformation workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or transformation
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Fluent in French or Dutch and English
