We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service & Office Manager to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys integrating operations, customer service, supply chain, finance, and administration. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage customer service and distributor relationships across Vietnam
✔ Coordinate supply chain and logistics activities with external partners
✔ Oversee contract management, HR administration, payroll, and office operations
✔ Monitor credit control, receivables, and financial compliance
✔ Collaborate closely with our Global Corporate HR Manager and leadership team
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, logistics, or sales administration
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
Business English communication skills
Experience in animal health, agriculture, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
