We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Administration Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys HR operations, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes ownership of their work.
As our organisation continues its transition to SAP SuccessFactors, we are looking for someone who is flexible, resourceful, and comfortable navigating change. While you will receive support from experienced HR colleagues, including our Senior HR Specialist, we value individuals who are not afraid to investigate issues independently, look for solutions, and continuously learn.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with initial HR or administrative experience who wants to further develop within a broad HR operations environment.
As HR Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining employee documentation
- Ensuring employee records remain accurate and up to date
- Supporting compliance with internal HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee data within SAP SuccessFactors, supporting data quality and system updates
- Managing the shared HR mailbox & acting as a reliable first point of contact for administrative HR questions
- Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner or forewarding it to the right person
- Initial experience in HR administration, personnel administration, or a similar administrative role
- Experience working with HR systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a changing environment where processes continue to evolve
- Able to work independently while remaining a strong team player
- Curious and willing to find information when answers are not immediately available
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm during busy periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in either Dutch or French, with a professional working knowledge of the other national language
