Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer, you are a key link between clients, internal teams and production. You ensure smooth order management and contribute to customer satisfaction.Your tasks :

Handle client requests (phone & email)

Manage orders from A to Z (entry, confirmations, invoicing)

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and logistics

Monitor production and delivery timelines

Contribute to continuous process improvement
Your profile

Bachelor’s degree + first experience (2–5 years) in customer service / administration

Interest in a technical or industrial environment
-
Languages: FR or NL + good English level (German is a plus)

Organized, solution-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure

Comfortable with MS Office & ideally SAP
