Job Description

You are part of the Oxide procurement team and support the daily operational activities.

You are responsible for purchasing services and technical goods/materials required for daily maintenance and ongoing projects.

You manage the full procurement process for assigned dossiers: needs analysis, requesting quotations, evaluation, price comparisons, negotiations, and administrative follow-up.

You ensure proper contractual settlement and accurate processing in SAP.

You monitor compliance with SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) guidelines, internal procedures, and agreed service levels.

You maintain daily contact with suppliers and internal customers and handle any operational issues or deviations.

You support the team by responding promptly and accurately to urgent purchasing requests and changing priorities.

Job Requirements

Preferably, you have an engineering or economics/business-related education.

You have relevant experience in an operational procurement environment.

You possess a basic understanding of industrial installations and services.

You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.

You work efficiently with SAP and MS Office.

You have sufficient financial and contractual knowledge to handle procurement dossiers correctly.
