About the Role
Kikmo is seeking a highly specialized engineer to lead ASIC qualification strategies for advanced semiconductor projects. This position focuses on ensuring the highest standards of reliability and performance for cutting-edge electronic components. The selected professional will act as the crucial technical bridge between suppliers, testing facilities, and end customers, driving the qualification process from planning to final reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the overarching ASIC Qualification strategy, organizing and driving its complete execution.
- Prepare detailed and robust Qualification plans tailored to specific project mission profiles.
- Coordinate testing and execution seamlessly with top-tier semiconductor suppliers and research partners.
- Act as the primary technical interface and point of contact among external suppliers, Test Houses, and the customer.
- Create comprehensive technical presentations and deliver status reports to key stakeholders.
- Draft, compile, and finalize the official Qualification reports.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Proven expertise in defining Qualification Strategies and analyzing Mission profiles.
- Deep knowledge of major industry Qualification Standards (including ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, and MIL-STD-883).
- Strong foundational understanding of ASIC testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with or knowledge of Radiation tests, specifically total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE) testing.
- Solid capability in statistical data analysis and process capability analysis.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required for technical documentation and international communication.

Pay: €3.200,00 - €4.400,00 per month
