You lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex agreements, including: agreements with a strong IP and regulatory focus, and commercial and supply chain agreements.
You develop, standardize, and implement contract frameworks across the Group.
You act as a trusted legal advisor to business units and senior stakeholders.
You provide clear, pragmatic, and risk-based legal advice aligned with business objectives.
You contribute to and support key strategic and cross-functional projects.
You define, implement, and oversee Group-wide compliance programs.
You ensure and monitor compliance with: (radio)pharmaceutical regulations, and competition and data protection laws.
You develop and maintain policies, procedures, and internal training programs.
Oversee disputes and define litigation strategy.
You manage pre-litigation and litigation processes, including with external law firms.
- You have a Master’s degree in law.
- You have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (law firm or international Life Science environment).
- You have a solid experience in corporate and commercial environments.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You have a strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- You have excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- You have a strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
- You are hands-on and solution oriented.
- You have the ability to operate in a complex, international environment and regulatory law.
- You ensure confidentiality in the processing and mangement of information.
