We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join the Security discipline within an innovative engineering environment focused on the development of advanced, security-driven products. In this role, you will contribute across the full product lifecycle from early bid and capture phases through development, testing and final qualification, ensuring cybersecurity is embedded secure-by-design.
You’ll work on cutting-edge solutions in defence and critical systems, applying cybersecurity standards, regulatory frameworks and emerging best practices to support both security-centric projects and broader engineering initiatives.
- Act as the cybersecurity focal point for bids and project delivery

Contribute to the cybersecurity definition, implementation and testing of complex products

Perform cyber risk assessments, threat modelling and remediation activities

Support architecture teams on security specifications, design choices and Make/Team/Buy decisions

Contribute to technical documentation including HLD/LLD, configuration documents, user manuals and test plans

Support implementation and testing teams with cybersecurity expertise and ensure requirements-to-test traceability

Stay current on civil and defence cybersecurity regulations, standards and industry best practices

Bring subject matter expertise to secure product development, integration and qualification activitie
- Engineering degree in IT, Telecommunications or Cybersecurity

3+ years of experience in design, development or security testing of cybersecurity-focused products (e.g. firewalls, IP encryptors, secure communication products)

Strong expertise in a hardware or software security domain such as:

Secure Boot

Intrusion Detection

Confidential Computing
-
Side-Channel Attacks

Cybersecurity risk assessment and remediation (EBIOS Risk Manager is a plus)

Threat modelling

Security architecture definition and review (system/software/hardware)

Source code review and secure coding (C/C++, Java, Rust)

Common Criteria certification processes

Security testing:

Linux kernel high-level knowledge
