The Advocacy & Research Manager provides strategic leadership for IGLYO’s advocacy, policy and research work during the fixed-term parental-leave cover period. The postholder will lead the Advocacy & Research Team, oversee IGLYO’s engagement with European and international institutions, manage research and funded projects, and ensure that IGLYO’s advocacy is informed by evidence and the experiences of LGBTQI young people and Member Organisations. As a member of the Management Team, they will also contribute to organisational planning, coordination and decision-making.
