Purpose of the Role
To enable the delivery and coordination of EMCC Developmente area, with a particular focus on driving on board new countries and align with Accreditation area.
This role reports to the VP Development and acts as a key connector among the Emcc Working Members, supporting both strategic initiatives and operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Membership Coordination & Delivery
- Membership tracking in alignment with Finance and Accreditation area.
- Supporting the affiliation steps for the new applicants countries.
2. Community & Visibility
- Support the relations between affiliated countries leadership team and Development VP
- Help identify opportunities to increase engagement and membership across the EMCC community
Profile and Experience
- Experience in programme/project coordination in a global environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills (ability to work across senior leaders and volunteers)
- Ability to connect dots across multiple initiatives and bring structure
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Time & Rate
- Time: 5-7h/week
- Rate: 40-50/hour (depending on experience and location)
