About the role

As an OOH specialist, you will support the analysis, planning, advisory, buying, and evaluation of Out-of-Home campaigns. You will work on media planning and buying for clients and campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and optimal performance. You will collaborate closely with media owners, agencies, and internal teams, discussing topics such as pricing, market developments, and campaign execution.
Within dentsu Benelux, we provide independent and objective OOH advice to leading international brands. Our ambition is to simplify the OOH landscape, making it more accessible, innovative, and measurable for advertisers, in collaboration with agencies, media owners, creative partners, and suppliers.
What you will do
You will join a small and ambitious team of media specialists, each contributing to impactful and creative campaigns. In this role, you will gradually build strong relationships with advertisers, media owners, and planners to achieve the best results and identify growth opportunities.
Your responsibilities include:

Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding OOH campaigns;

Support in developing strategic and creative OOH media recommendations;

Use tools and research to optimize and substantiate media plans;

Request and compare proposals from media owners;

Prepare media plans and maintain client campaign overviews;

Support budget management and campaign buying processes;

Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met;

Contribute to campaign performance analysis, reporting, and evaluations;

Assist in developing creative OOH (classic and digital) executions;

Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions;

Stay up to date with media market trends and innovations;

Contribute to continuous improvement and development of OOH strategies.
What we are looking for

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, media, or communications;

Affinity with OOH and/or digital media (experience is a plus);

Programmatic knowledge is a plus;

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;

Well-organized, able to manage priorities and keep track of multiple projects;

Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude;

Team player who enjoys collaborating in a dynamic environment.
