As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of EV charging infrastructure projects, from early development phases through commissioning and operational handover.
Acting as the central point of coordination in Belgium, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, contractors, and local stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
1. Project Development & Preparation
Assess site feasibility for EV charging installations (electrical capacity, technical constraints, site layout, implementation feasibility)
Identify technical, regulatory, operational, and scheduling risks early and propose mitigation actions
2. Project Delivery & Deployment
Act as the main point of contact between Driveco and site stakeholders (landowners, operators, partners, local authorities)
Plan, coordinate, and manage all project resources including internal teams, local subcontractors, suppliers, and partners
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality, contractual, and safety standards
Maintain regular internal reporting on project timelines, budgets, risks, and key operational issues
3. Operational Excellence & External Representation
Represent DRIVECO with external stakeholders, including grid operators, municipalities, and regulatory authorities
4. Maintenance Setup & Operational Readiness
The accountability for maintenance strategy, governance and performance management remains under Driveco central O&M teams.
Proven experience in project management, ideally within infrastructure, construction, energy, or utilities sectors
Valid driving license required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
