Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Organize and supervise the QA/QC team across workshops and field sites, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative work environment.
- Training & Development: Lead the professional growth of your team by training them on new methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Quality Awareness: Coordinate with HR to deliver quality awareness training across the company.
- Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes aligned with regulations and technical specifications, using modern digital tools (SharePoint, production ERP, etc.).
- Certification Management: Maintain and expand the company’s certifications.
- Testing Oversight: Supervise test planning and execution, ensuring thorough documentation of results.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize QA/QC processes and reduce project-related quality costs by implementing digital solutions (QR codes, OCR, AI) in collaboration with the IT department.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports, including team metrics and test outcomes, with complete documentation.
- Digital Transformation: Identify QA/QC processes that would benefit from digitalization, such as document management, inspection tracking, and non-conformity handling.
Your Profile:
- Degree in industrial engineering (electro-mechanical focus).
- Proven experience as a QA/QC engineer in piping (nuclear sector is a plus).
- Deep knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and practices in the metal industry.
- Professional English proficiency (minimum B2).
- Strong communication and team management skills to promote quality culture across the organization.
- Experience with digital innovation and technical excellence with IA.
