Have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect (or equivalent).
Have technology/technical expertise on the Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) platform regarding its configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
Have related technology skills such as .NET C# for plugins, Power Platform or Dataverse for low-code development, Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate for workflows, and Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD.
Have a strong understanding of data modeling, data migration, and data integration techniques.
Have a strong understanding of systems integration, integration patterns and related best practices.
Have strong skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs, and providing tailored solutions of quality.
Bring flexibility as needed to adapt to changing requirements, client needs, industry and technology trends.
Have experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You are not afraid to coach your colleagues on a daily basis.
Be fluent in English and (Dutch or French).
