We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to accelerate our growth across the Benelux region. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while helping organizations unlock the full value of the Ibexa platform.
As a trusted advisor, you will manage the complete sales cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to the expansion of our market presence.

Drive new business growth by acquiring and closing new customers across the Benelux market.

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, workshops, negotiations, and contract signature.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, ensuring accurate CRM management and sales forecasting.

Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and position Ibexa One solutions to deliver measurable business value.

Identify multi-sell and cross-sell opportunities across the broader Ibexa product portfolio.

Collaborate closely with SDRs, Product Management, Marketing, and Solution teams to deliver compelling customer proposals and increase win rates.

Negotiate commercial agreements within established pricing and contractual frameworks.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account executive roles.

Experience in the MarTech industry

Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into solution-based conversations.

Experience working with CRM tools and sales forecasting methodologies.

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset.

Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French; additional languages are a plus.
