As a Procurement employee, you play a key role in the day-to-day management of customer orders and in the satisfaction of our key partners. You will ensure a rigorous monitoring of operations, in close collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
Primary responsibilities:

Monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning), manage orders, consumable supplies, and order confirmations.

Check invoices.

Ensure the management and optimization of consumable stock by postponing or bringing forward orders in case of schedule changes (communication with suppliers in case of delays, issues, etc.).

Notify the different departments in a timely manner in case of delays or non-delivery of consumables.

Analyze the consumables MRP summary to release new films while ensuring communication with production, quality, and warehouse departments.

Manage films under contract.

Temporarily replace colleagues in the purchasing administration department.

Carry out various analyses on consumables.

Provide various information to the sales department.

Participate in the development of new tools related to consumables.

Monitor the expiration dates of consumables and request extensions when necessary.
- Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.

You have some experience in Procurement (ideally in an industrial environment).

You are administratively rigorous and able to maintain a good overall view while demonstrating flexibility.

You are stress-resistant and action-oriented.

You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or have equivalent experience.

Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams) is recommended.
