Your Future Employer

Your Tasks
- Process and encode purchase/sales invoices as well as bank statements, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping
- Reconcile daily revenues across all hotel departments (rooms, restaurant, bar) and monitor billing systems (PMS/POS)
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including client follow-up for both individuals and corporate accounts, as well as supplier payments
- Lead monthly and annual closing cycles, preparing and justifying closing entries in close collaboration with management and external auditors
- Handle fiscal obligations including VAT returns and tourist tax declarations, alongside the production of monthly financial reports
- Analyse costs and financial KPIs, providing meaningful insights to support the hotel's strategic and operational decisions
Your Profile
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch and a good le of English (B2 or higher)

- Up to 85.000€ yearly + Package
- A maximum of 280€/month of net expenses depending on seniority
