Position Summary
As a Distribution Sales Representative for the Antwerp region, you are responsible for driving profitable growth within a network of approximately 80 distribution shops and a portfolio of roofing and dry‑wall end users.
You build long‑term relationships with shop managers, shop assistants and distributor sales representatives, while creating value for end users not managed by Key Account Managers through targeted support, demonstrations and field presence. You also represent the company during shop events, open days and trade fairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by leveraging all available merchandising tools within distribution shops
- Engage distributor sales representatives to make the growth of SPIT PASLODE a shared objective
- Create demand among end users through in‑store demonstrations, duo visits and prospecting activities, including customers not linked to Key Account Managers
- Adapt the shop product offering in line with end‑user demand and market needs
- Communicate technical knowledge, promotional offers and product benefits to clearly support the value proposition and differentiation
- Identify new market trends, communicate insights and provide input to support the development of relevant value propositions
Profile & Experience
- Strong sales skills or relevant commercial experience, preferably in a B2B and/or technical environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
- Clear, confident and effective communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrates a strong problem‑solving mindset, taking initiative and ownership with limited supervision
- Strong focus on priorities, naturally applying the 80/20 principle
- Ability to analyse figures, draw conclusions and translate insights into concrete actions
- Growth‑oriented attitude with a continuous improvement mindset

Pay: €3.500,00 - €4.100,00 per month
