Our Treasury team plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of the organisation. Beyond traditional cash management, the team operates at the heart of a complex European structure, ensuring optimal funding across approximately 300 legal entities while managing a diverse portfolio of bank accounts.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cash Management Officer who will play a key role in managing liquidity, funding, and cash flows across the group.
This role combines hands-on operational cash management with exposure to a highly complex organisational structure. To be successful, you will need to develop a strong understanding of legal entities, intercompany financing flows and fund dynamics, ensuring that cash is optimally allocated across the group. Cash management extends beyond Goodman corporate entities to several investment funds, each with their own governance, constraints and financing structures, adding an additional layer of complexity and requiring a clear understanding of how these entities and funds interact.
More concretely, you will:
- Manage daily cash operations, including cash administration, bankaccount management, intercompany financing,…);
- Monitor cash positions and transactions across entities, ensuring accurate visibility and timely reporting of bank balances;
- Execute outgoing payments and funding flows;
- Ensure bank transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system (Unit4Financials);
- Prepare daily and monthly cash reconciliation reporting;
- Proactively identify and resolve cash management and funding related issues;
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth cash and funding operations across the group.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance/ economics.
