Create change management strategy and plan that maximize employee adoption
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Accountable for Change Impact Analysis, training & communication plan, as well as establishing a feedback mechanism
- Work and coordinate with stakeholders in the organization to succeed
- Develop Communications Plan a Content to drive awareness and readiness for Go-live
- Work collaboratively with project lead and team to integrate change management into project plans, support project steering committees
