Temporary Assignment Earned & Owned Media Senior Associate Make-up
Role Overview:
Within the Digital Commerce & Marketing (DCM) team, you will support the development and execution of our earned media and influencers strategy across the Benelux region for our Make up brands (MAC Cosmetics & Bobbi Brown).
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the earned media (press & influence) strategy by defining guidelines aligned with the marketing plan, selecting key media and influencers, preparing campaign briefs and communication materials.

Manage influencers’ campaigns: influencer sourcing, negotiation, contracting, briefing, and post-campaign reporting.

Conceive, plan, and execute brand events (press & influence) in collaboration with partner agencies if needed.

Lead cross-functional projects with Marketing, Online, Paid teams to optimize content creation and campaign amplification.

Prepare monthly reports, track KPIs, and share insights and best practices.

Monitor media coverage and conduct competitive analysis.

Drive influencers’ outreach for product launches, key campaigns, and ongoing initiatives.

Deploy the Owned Media strategy and oversee the animation of the Instagram account (MAC Cosmetics BNL), ensuring consistent brand presence, creative storytelling, and strong community engagement.
About you:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, either in-house or within an agency, with a strong affinity for the luxury and cosmetics industry.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, codes, and high-performing content formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Fluent in French, Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
