As a Technology Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions within the Fixed Network Factory (FNF) environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Gathering & Analyzing Business Needs: Collect, challenge, and prioritize operational requirements, ensuring relevance and value.
- Solution & Backlog Management: Create and follow your roadmap. Build and maintain a structured backlog of tools & system needs, contribute to solution design aligning business needs and technical constraints. Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle and incorporation of all new technology and best practices in the solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, align with IT SPoCs, and act as the business owner for IT activities, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
- Coordination & Testing: Serve as the liaison between business and IT, oversee end-to-end acceptance testing, and validate that solutions meet business expectations.
- Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Support deployment, facilitate adoption, gather feedback, and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
- Reporting & Governance: Regularly update management on progress, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.
