As Transport Planner, you are responsible for the daily planning and follow-up of intermodal transport operations in Italy. You coordinate transports, maintain contact with drivers and terminals, resolve operational issues, and ensure accurate administrative follow-up.
Your tasks:

You prepare the daily transport planning for intermodal transport operations in Italy.

You plan and coordinate transports between different terminals and ensure the efficient deployment of drivers and vehicles.

You maintain contact with drivers, terminals, and colleagues.

You actively and proactively monitor transports in case of delays, changes, or other operational issues.

You ensure accurate and timely administrative follow-up.
Who you are:

You have initial experience in transport, logistics, or transport planning.

You are accurate, organized, and solution-oriented.

You communicate fluently in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

You have strong communication skills, are sociable, and are a true team player.
