Strong experience in large-scale projects
Excellent knowledge of Agile / Scrum (expert level)
Solid expertise in BPMN (confirmed)
Proven experience with UML (confirmed)
Hands-on experience with User Stories, Use Cases (confirmed)
Strong testing experience (confirmed)
Ability to structure and communicate through storytelling (confirmed)
Experience working with Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure, Blazor, Power BI…)
Experience in case management is a strong plus
Excellent business analysis & requirements gathering skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to critically assess information
Ability to translate complex/abstract concepts into practical solutions
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to work across cross-functional environments
