Your role & responsibilities
You work together with six fellow accountants and help manage the A-to-Z accounting for both foreign and domestic companies smoothly.
- You will process and post purchase and sales invoices and prepare VAT returns.
- You will take care of supplier payments, do cash planning and process financial transactions.
- You will prepare the month-end closing and ensure that it is done correctly and on time.
- You will assist with the year-end closing and prepare the annual accounts.
- You are IT-minded and think and strive for continuous improvement and digitisation of processes.
Profile
Your profile
You possess the following qualities:
- You have at least an associate degree in Accountancy and Taxation
- Experience is not essential, as your colleagues will provide you with intensive training and support so that you can develop and grow
- You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Business Central or another ERP system is an asset but not a must
- You are assertive, proactive and responsible. On top of that, you are a real team player
- You are fluent in Dutch, and because you will be working in an international environment, having a solid knowledge of English will also come in handy
