Position Summary
You will lead the Business Unit Specialty Care for BeLux, driving commercial strategy, launches, and portfolio growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Belgium and Luxembourg and with regional and global partners. We value clear decision-making, collaboration, and a focus on patient impact. Define and deliver the commercial strategy and plan for the Specialty Care portfolio in BeLux.

Lead product launches and lifecycle management, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.-
Build and coach a high-performing, inclusive team across sales, marketing and market access.-
Manage financial performance and resource allocation to meet growth and profitability targets.-
Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply and regional teams in a matrix environment.-
Engage with key external stakeholders to improve patient access and shape local healthcare policy.

Translate global strategy into local plans that meet market needs and compliance requirements.

Set clear priorities, track KPIs, and report performance to senior leadership.-
Create talent development and succession plans to strengthen team capability.-
Support evidence generation activities and ensure alignment with medical and regulatory standards.-
Drive commercial excellence through improved processes and ways of working.-
Represent BeLux interests in regional and cross-functional projects.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical specialty care or related therapeutic areas.

Experience leading commercial launches and managing product lifecycles.-
Commercial acumen including budgeting, P&L responsibility, and performance management.-
Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a matrix organisation.-
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.-
Role type: Hybrid with regular presence in Belgium offices and travel across BeLux as required.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
Master’s degree or MBA.

Experience with market access and healthcare systems in Belgium and Luxembourg.-
Fluency in French or Dutch; additional language skills are an advantage.-
Track record of building and developing inclusive, high-performing teams.-
Comfort leading cross-border initiatives and working with above-country teams.-
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with commercial and financial data.

Belgium Salary Range / Fourchette salariale – Belgique: EUR 158,250 to EUR 263,750The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
